Robert P. Andrews

Robert Andrews is the Owner, President, and CEO of ATI, bringing over 45 years of invaluable experience in working with PEMEX and other national oil companies throughout Latin America. His expertise as both a contractor and supplier, combined with his deep understanding of the Mexican, Brazilian, and Chinese oilfield industries, has established him as a key figure in international oil and gas operations.

Based in Houston but maintaining a global presence, Mr. Andrews has been a frequent traveler to Mexico for the past 30 years, typically visiting multiple times per month to develop business relationships with PEMEX and oversee long-term projects with PEP (PEMEX's drilling division). Since 2001, his business acumen has extended to mainland China, where he has cultivated strong partnerships with numerous manufacturers in the oilfield sector.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Andrews led Andrews Group International (AGI) as Owner, President, and CEO until its successful merger with Core Laboratories in 1998. Under his leadership, AGI became Mexico's premier reservoir characterization company, operating two seismic processing centers in Houston and Mexico City, primarily serving PEMEX.

In 1999, he co-founded Blue Water Venture, Inc., a venture capital firm, where he served as Director and President. The company successfully invested in various manufacturing and real estate projects, with several real estate developments still ongoing in the Houston area.

Mr. Andrews was raised and educated in Mexico until high school, which he completed in the United States. He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Florida. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is a devoted father of three and resides in Houston with his wife, where they enjoy the countryside and equestrian activities.
