Juan has over 12 years experience in the petroleum industry in the exploration and production areas. He was the director for the northern region for the Andrews Group Inc. As director he was in charge of various projects in seismic marine acquisitions along with geosciences operations. Manager Villahermosa Miguel Rangel has an experience most of 30 years in the Mexican oil industry, initiated from 1972, until 1976 he participated in PEMEX land seismic crews for data acquisition in all the national territory doing field jobs and 1976 until 1993 in the administrative area, in Petróleos Mexicanos as in companies contractors, (GSI, CGG and Grant Geophysical), like head administrator, coordinator of administration and manager of human resources respectively.
With the Andrews Group since 1993, like coordinator of traffic & logistic, legal representing and the contract administration, participating in the technique-legal preparation of the proposals of Andrews Technologies and its associate, as well as in the assesory for development of their projects.

Country Manger in Brazil Moyses Lachter obtained his degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1964. He worked for 30 years in IBM, starting in the computer technical area and soon he moved to the managerial career. He had held the position in the System Engineer, Marketing Programs and Industry Projects areas, becoming, in 1985, the Large Account Manager for the state owned oil company, Petrobras. After strongly upgrading IBM’s market share in Petrobras, he was invited to be the Petroleum Industry Manager for Latin America and finalized his career working for two years as a Senior Consultant for the Pemex Account in Mexico City. After retiring from IBM in 1995, he worked as the Brazilian Country Manager for Landmark and Core Laboratories.
Currently Moyses Lachter is the ATI Country Manager for Brazil, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro city.
