BGP Is Awarded USD 140 Million Contract by PEMEX
 PEMEX Exploración y Producción, Mexico’s national oil company, on May 22, 2009 awarded American Geophysical S.A. de C.V., a fully owned subsidiary of BGP, a three year 3D Seismic Data Acquisition and Processing contract for the Muchite-Mataverde prospect in the state of Veracruz in Mexico. Andrews Technologies, Inc. is the exclusive agent for BGP in Mexico, and has worked successfully with BGP over the last 8 years. Completed projects, representing over 4,500 square kilometers of 3D acquisition in the past, have been executed in Northern Mexico’s Burgos Basin, and in the sates of Tabasco and Veracruz.

ATI Signs Exclusive Representation Agreement with HongHua
Andrews Technologies, Inc. has signed a new multi-year exclusive Representation Agreement for Mexico with HongHua America, Llc., a fully owned subsidiary of Sichuan HongHua Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. HongHua is a China-based premier manufacturer, specialized in design, manufacturing and services of complete drilling rig packages and components. ATI and Honghua started the business relationship in 2007 in Brazil, and recently have been working jointly in pursuing opportunities in the Mexican Market.

GWDC Signed the Extension Agreement for the Drilling Contract with PEP
Great Wall Drilling Company (GWDC) has signed a 9 Month Extension Agreement with the Drilling Department of PEMEX Exploración y Producción (PEP) to continue operating the two 750HP and one 2,000HP SCR Land rigs in the South Region of Mexico. These 3 rigs are Chinese manufactured and were contracted by PEP trough a Day rate Drilling Contract, which was signed in March 2007 and would terminate in March 2009, and the new extension will take this contact to the end of December 2009. GWDC has been drilling continuously for PEMEX southern Region successfully and received several recommendations for work well performed. The 2,000HP is a VFD / AC is the most technology advanced rig drilling in PEMEX southern Region. ATI is and has been GWDC exclusive in country partner for the last 8 years and successfully introduced GWDC in to the Mexican Market. |
